Description

A delightful twist on classic cinnamon rolls infused with sweet, juicy peaches, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix the diced peaches with the brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Unroll the cinnamon roll dough on a clean surface and spread the peach mixture evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll up the dough tightly from one end to the other and slice it into 12 equally-sized rolls.
  5. Place the sliced rolls in your greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  7. Whisk together the melted butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and milk to make a creamy icing.
  8. Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls and serve immediately.
