Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Add the sliced sirloin steak and season it generously with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are tender, around 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Cover the skillet to let the cheese melt.
- Serve the mixture over cauliflower rice or whole grain rice and customize with your favorite toppings.
