Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in bell peppers and pineapple chunks, cooking until the peppers are tender.
