Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 24 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon pink lemonade concentrate
  • Lemon slices and sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. Mix together the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, and pink lemonade concentrate until well combined.
  3. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of a cupcake.
  5. Let the cupcakes cool completely in the pan before removing them.
  6. Beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar, pink lemonade concentrate, and milk until you reach your desired frosting consistency.
  7. Frost the cooled cupcakes with the buttercream frosting using a spatula or piping bag.
