- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups pretzel crumbs
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs mixed with milk, and pretzel crumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat with pretzel crumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the fried chicken to a baking dish.
- Mix the mustard and shredded cheddar cheese in a separate bowl.
- Pour the mustard-cheddar sauce over the fried chicken.
- Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until fully cooked through.

Notes
