Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin purée
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. Mix pumpkin purée, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
4. Pour mixture into dish.
5. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over the top.
6. Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix.
7. Bake for 50–55 minutes until golden.
8. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
