Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add drained chow mein noodles, pour in soy sauce, and toss everything together.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes to combine flavors.
  8. Serve hot and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
