Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Begin by boiling a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Don’t forget to reserve 1 cup of the pasta water before draining the rest.
  2. Sauté the garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until it becomes fragrant.
  3. Add lemon: Next, toss in the lemon zest and juice. Stir everything together to combine the vibrant flavors.
  4. Combine pasta and sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with the reserved pasta water. Mix everything well until the sauce coats the pasta beautifully.
