Raspberry Cream Napoleons are flaky, elegant pastries layered with whipped raspberry cream, perfect for celebrations or a cozy treat.
Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cut puff pastry sheets into rectangles and prick lightly with a fork.
3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool completely.
4. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
5. Fold in raspberries gently.
6. Layer pastry with raspberry cream, alternating until stacked.
7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Best assembled just before serving to prevent soggy pastry.
Store leftover cream in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
