Delicious bite-sized Reuben Sliders packed with savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and creamy Thousand Island dressing, perfect for game day or a fun dinner.

- 12 slider buns
- 1 pound thinly sliced corned beef
- 1 cup sauerkraut (drained)
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the thinly sliced corned beef generously over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
- Spoon the sauerkraut evenly over the corned beef.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.
- Spread a layer of Thousand Island dressing on the cut side of the top halves of the slider buns.
- Place the tops on the sandwiches to form complete sliders.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side.
