Description

Delicious bite-sized Reuben Sliders packed with savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and creamy Thousand Island dressing, perfect for game day or a fun dinner.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound thinly sliced corned beef
  • 1 cup sauerkraut (drained)
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the thinly sliced corned beef generously over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  4. Spoon the sauerkraut evenly over the corned beef.
  5. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.
  6. Spread a layer of Thousand Island dressing on the cut side of the top halves of the slider buns.
  7. Place the tops on the sandwiches to form complete sliders.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  9. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

Serve hot with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side.
