- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Set it to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the chicken: Carefully make pockets in each chicken breast.
- Mix the filling: Combine the cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
