Description

Ingredients

  • Sausage (sliced)
  • Cabbage (shredded)
  • Onion (sliced)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.
  4. Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until it begins to wilt, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
