Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a quarter sheet pan with cooking spray or a light dab of butter.
- Whisk together the Kodiak pancake mix in a large mixing bowl until no lumps remain.
- Combine the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter or coconut oil in another bowl until well blended.
- Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients, ensuring not to over-mix.
- Spread the batter evenly across the greased pan and sprinkle on your chosen toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
