Description

Deliciously warm and gooey caramel pecan cinnamon rolls perfect for brunch or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the cinnamon roll package instructions.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix in the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the caramel sauce over the mixture and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
  5. Open the cinnamon roll dough and separate the rolls. Place them on top of the caramel mixture.
  6. Bake according to package instructions, usually around 15-20 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly and then invert onto a serving dish. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with extra caramel sauce or alongside coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
