Deliciously warm and gooey caramel pecan cinnamon rolls perfect for brunch or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the cinnamon roll package instructions.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and mix in the brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Pour the caramel sauce over the mixture and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Open the cinnamon roll dough and separate the rolls. Place them on top of the caramel mixture.
- Bake according to package instructions, usually around 15-20 minutes.
- Cool slightly and then invert onto a serving dish. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm with extra caramel sauce or alongside coffee. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
