A delightful dish combining shrimp, garlic, and pasta, baked to perfection with cheesy goodness.
Ingredients

- 12 oz spaghetti or your favorite pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Pour in the white wine (or chicken broth) and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp mixture, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with the remaining Parmesan cheese and all of the mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top. Pairs well with green salad or garlic bread.
