Enjoy these crispy and healthy zucchini chips seasoned with salt and vinegar, perfect for snacks or as a side.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil and apple cider vinegar over the zucchini.
  4. Toss to mix well.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  6. Toss again to coat the slices evenly.
  7. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for about 120 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Let cool before serving.
