- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (107°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Drizzle the olive oil and apple cider vinegar over the zucchini.
- Toss to mix well.
- Sprinkle sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Toss again to coat the slices evenly.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 120 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let cool before serving.
