- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Biscuits or fresh bread for serving
Instructions
- Combine the cooked chicken, diced potatoes, peas, carrots, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker. Stir well to mix all the ingredients together.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, accompanied by warm biscuits or fresh bread.
Notes
Make sure to dice your potatoes evenly for consistent cooking. You can use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
