Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 8 Taco shells
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Burger sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Form ground beef into balls about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Smash each ball onto the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Season the beef with salt and pepper while it cooks.
  5. Warm taco shells in the oven or microwave until toasty.
  6. Assemble by taking a taco shell, adding smashed beef, cheddar cheese, and piling on lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.
  7. Drizzle with burger sauce and enjoy!

Notes
