Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken drumsticks
  • 2 Jalapenos, chopped
  • 2 Red chiles, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp Coriander
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, for garnish
  • ½ cup Plain yogurt

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions to the pot and sauté until they turn translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger for an additional minute.
  4. Add chopped jalapenos and red chiles.
  5. Season the mixture with coriander, cumin, and paprika.
  6. Next, add the chicken drumsticks, ensuring to brown them on all sides.
  7. Pour in your fresh tomatoes and let everything simmer.
  8. Stir in plain yogurt for a creamy finishing touch.
  9. Garnish your curry with fresh cilantro just before serving.
  10. Serve hot with rice.
