Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 inch fresh ginger, grated
1 onion, sliced
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili flakes or paste
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook rice and set aside.
2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok.
3. Add garlic, ginger, and onions, sauté until fragrant.
4. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
5. Stir in soy sauce, chili paste, and vegetables.
6. Cook until veggies are tender-crisp.
7. Serve hot over rice.
Notes
For extra spice, add chipotle peppers or cayenne.
Swap beef with ground chicken or turkey for a leaner option.
