A simple and flavorful Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.
Ingredients

- 400g spaghetti
- 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 100ml olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add garlic.
- Sauté garlic until golden brown, then add red pepper flakes.
- Drain the spaghetti and reserve some pasta water.
- Toss the spaghetti in the garlic oil mixture, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.
- Add chopped parsley and mix well.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add anchovies or a squeeze of lemon juice.
