Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 oz noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes in a bowl. Add the chicken pieces and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Coat the marinated chicken pieces evenly with cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the chicken and pour the remaining marinade over them. Stir to combine and heat through for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Marinate the chicken longer for better flavor. Serve with a squeeze of lime for brightness.
