Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: vegetables (like bell pepper, broccoli, or carrots)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and honey, mixing well to coat the chicken.
  5. If using, add your choice of vegetables and cook until tender.
  6. Finally, add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing everything together to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
