- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute, being careful not to burn it.
- Boil the pasta in a separate pot according to package instructions until al dente.
- Once the sausage is browned, add the honey, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Drain the pasta and toss it in the skillet with the sausage and sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped green onions.
