- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, chopped
- to taste Honey or Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Granola
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping the strawberries.
- Mix the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Add half of the chopped strawberries to the mixture and gently fold them in.
- Jar the mixture into containers, topping with remaining strawberries and granola if desired.
- Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to let flavors meld.
Notes
These oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Keep granola separate until ready to eat for added crunch.
