Description

A delicious and healthy breakfast that combines creamy yogurt and fresh strawberries, perfect for busy mornings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, chopped
  • to taste Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Granola

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing and chopping the strawberries.
  2. Mix the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey or maple syrup in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  3. Add half of the chopped strawberries to the mixture and gently fold them in.
  4. Jar the mixture into containers, topping with remaining strawberries and granola if desired.
  5. Refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to let flavors meld.

Notes

These oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days. Keep granola separate until ready to eat for added crunch.
