- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can (15 oz) strawberry pie filling
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 box (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish to keep everything from sticking.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the greased baking dish.
- Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
- Sprinkle the cake mix on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Drizzle the melted butter and milk evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.
- Once baked, let it cool for 15 minutes before serving.
