  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the granulated sugar and beat until fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the creamy mixture alternating with the chopped strawberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for about 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
