Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the granulated sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the creamy mixture alternating with the chopped strawberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
