Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 cup of fresh strawberries, diced
  • Taco-shaped waffle cones or taco shells

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
  3. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until cohesive.
  4. Press this mixture firmly into taco-shaped molds.
  5. Pop them in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
