Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones are a fun, no-bake dessert with creamy cheesecake filling, juicy strawberries, and a crunchy cookie topping.
Ingredients
12 waffle cones
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup diced fresh strawberries
1 cup crushed vanilla cookies
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries
3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
1. Wash and dice fresh strawberries.
2. Crush cookies and freeze-dried strawberries, mix with melted butter.
3. Whip cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Fold whipped cream into cheesecake mixture.
5. Fill waffle cones with cheesecake mixture.
6. Top with diced strawberries.
7. Roll in strawberry crunch topping.
8. Chill cones for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Line cones with melted white chocolate to prevent sogginess.
Prepare crunch topping in advance for faster assembly.
Use mascarpone for a richer filling.
