Description
A simple and traditional Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 400g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 100ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced garlic and chili flakes, sauté until golden.
- Toss the drained spaghetti in the pan with garlic oil.
- Season with salt and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese on top just before serving.
