- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of graham crackers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
- Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (or overnight).
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe strawberries. Serve with a sprig of fresh mint or alongside vanilla ice cream.
