Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of fresh strawberries, creamy whipped cream, and crunchy graham crackers, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package of graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  3. Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (or overnight).
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe strawberries. Serve with a sprig of fresh mint or alongside vanilla ice cream.
