Description

A creamy, spicy delight perfect for Super Bowl gatherings that combines chicken, cheese, and buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: Chopped green onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. If desired, sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version, swap ranch dressing with Greek yogurt. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
