- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: Chopped green onions for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Mix until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Spread it out evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. If desired, sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
Notes
For a healthier version, swap ranch dressing with Greek yogurt. Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
