Description

A comforting and easy Sweet Hawaiian Crock Pot Chicken recipe that brings the family together with its delicious blend of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce mixture over them.
  3. Add the pineapple chunks on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Serve the chicken over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions.
