Ingredients
1 pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
3 large sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Blind bake pie crust for 10 minutes.
3. Whisk mashed sweet potatoes with sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Pour mixture into crust and smooth top.
6. Bake 35–40 minutes until edges set.
7. Top with mini marshmallows.
8. Broil 1–2 minutes or torch until golden.
9. Cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use dark chocolate for a richer taste.
Freeze without marshmallows for longer storage.
Blend filling for extra smooth texture.
