- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs

- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Beat in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until the mixture is smooth and thick.
- Spread half the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a separate bowl until smooth. Spread this over the brownie layer.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese layer, and swirl to create marbled patterns.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Avoid overcooking for gooey centers.
- Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
