Description

A flavorful and creamy chicken quesadilla, perfect for family gatherings and quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded chicken with cream cheese and taco seasoning until well combined.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place a tortilla in the skillet and add a layer of the chicken mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  5. Cover with another tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese melts, about 3-4 more minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and cut into wedges. Serve with optional toppings.

Notes
