Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in sliced bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until veggies are tender.
  4. Mix soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Pour over the turkey and veggie mixture, stirring to coat.
  5. Serve over cooked rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes
