Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Vegetables for filling (e.g., lettuce, cucumber, carrots)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Toss in the ground beef, cooking until browned.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in the Thai basil leaves.
  5. Prepare the rice paper wrappers as per package instructions.
  6. Lay out a wrapper, add the beef mixture and vegetables, and roll tightly.
