Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in the ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in the Thai basil leaves.
- Prepare the rice paper wrappers as per package instructions.
- Lay out a wrapper, add the beef mixture and vegetables, and roll tightly.
