- 180g butter
- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g sugar
- 1 large tablespoon salted butter caramel
- 40g flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake tin.
- Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
- Add sugar and salted butter caramel to the melted mixture.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing until fully combined.
- Fold in the flour gently, avoiding overmixing.
- Bake the batter in the prepared tin for 25–30 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
