- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, then sauté for a few minutes until they turn translucent and fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook until it’s browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Pour in the heavy cream, allowing it to simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top before serving.
