Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, then sauté for a few minutes until they turn translucent and fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook until it’s browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, allowing it to simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the top before serving.
