- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, skin on or off
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry. Use paper towels to pat the salmon fillets very dry.
- Mix the spices. In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this spice mixture evenly over all sides of the salmon fillets.
- Brush with oil. Lightly brush the salmon fillets with olive oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry the salmon for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fillets.
- Prepare the lemon garlic butter by combining melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Finish and serve by brushing the lemon garlic butter over the salmon and garnishing with parsley.
