Creamy, energizing Vanilla Maca Overnight Oats—mix, chill, and enjoy a nourishing breakfast in a jar.
Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup milk or plant-based milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maca powder
1 tbsp sweetener (maple syrup, honey, etc.)
Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings: fresh fruit, nut butter, seeds, coconut flakes
Instructions
1. In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, vanilla, maca, sweetener, and optional chia seeds.
2. Stir thoroughly to evenly incorporate ingredients.
3. Seal the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours (ideally 8–12 hours).
4. In the morning, stir and adjust consistency with extra milk if needed.
5. Top with fruit, nuts, or seeds before serving.
Notes
Use rolled oats for best texture.
Avoid using too much dry add-ins initially.
