Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese into the bowl.
  5. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the top becomes bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Once done, take it out and let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes
