- 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese into the bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Pop it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the top becomes bubbly and golden brown.
- Once done, take it out and let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with crispy tortilla chips, vegetable sticks, or toasted baguette slices. Garnishing with paprika or chopped parsley enhances flavor and presentation.
