Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until they become tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- Chop the cooled potatoes into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, chopped onions, fresh dill, mustard, and chopped hard-boiled eggs in another bowl.
- Fold the potato chunks into the mayonnaise mixture gently, ensuring the potatoes remain intact.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
