  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and baking powder.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, pat the wings dry before seasoning and use baking powder in the mixture.
