Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder to make the sauce.
  2. Cook the diced chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the skillet from the heat and toss the chicken with the sauce until evenly coated.
