Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Start by cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place the chicken in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes while you prepare the sauce.
- Make the Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (if using), and minced garlic. Adjust the spice levels according to your preference.
