- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
- Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat them well in that delicious sauce.
- Take the skewers and thread the chicken on, making sure to leave a little space between each piece so they cook evenly.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat—this helps to achieve that perfect grill mark without burning your chicken.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure the chicken cooks through thoroughly.
