Description

Delicious and easy Bang Bang Chicken Skewers coated in a creamy, spicy sauce, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is nicely blended.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat them well in that delicious sauce.
  3. Take the skewers and thread the chicken on, making sure to leave a little space between each piece so they cook evenly.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium heat—this helps to achieve that perfect grill mark without burning your chicken.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure the chicken cooks through thoroughly.
