  • 3 tablespoons pesto
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the bow tie pasta according to the package instructions. Once it’s al dente, drain the pasta and let it cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, bocconcini cheese, chopped spinach, and basil. Mix well to ensure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. In a smaller bowl, whisk together pesto, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
