- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove chicken and keep warm.
- Melt butter in the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in flour and slowly whisk in milk until smooth and thickened. Add grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chicken with garlic sauce drizzled on top and garnished with fresh parsley.
